Beautifully appointed villa (formerly the show house), front line to the golf course and overlooking the 18th green, commanding extensive views of the La Marquesa Golf Course. Situated within a minutes' walk of the golf clubhouse and local supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the small town of Rojales and the weekly market. Use of 2 large swimming pools exclusive to the complex. Superb beaches at Guardamar del Segura only a 10 minute drive. Ciudad Quesada village itself offers an aqua park, supermarkets, banks, medical centre, bars and nightlife. The larger resort of Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive. Within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia Airports (both only a 35 minute drive away).

Accommodation comprises: 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, bathroom (with shower over bath), fully equipped kitchen/living room, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen Satellite TV including BBC1, ITV & Channel 4+1, Spanish free to air TV channels. DVD and Video. Air conditioning/heating unit in lounge for your comfort.

Outside: Enclosed courtyard patio with patio table, chairs and umbrella for al-fresco dining. Free standing barbecue. Steps lead up to a roof solarium with superb views of the La Marquesa Golf Course. Loungers are provided, which makes this an excellent sunbathing area.
